Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to reach out to let you know that I will be remaining open for business while Evolve Strength, the gym that physiobox is based out of, is closed due to the new restrictions as announced by the Alberta Government on May 4th, 2021. Physiotherapy patients can continue to access the gym as part of their exercise rehab sessions (as required) during their sessions with me.
For safety and security reasons, the entrance to the gym will be locked while I operate inside. When you arrive for your appointment, please call or text 403-483-5838 and I will be out right away to let you in.
I want to thank you all so, so much for your support of my business over the past year. It means the world to me that I can continue to come to work and grow a business that offers quality one-on-one physiotherapy in a small, family-practice-style setting in Calgary despite the challenges that the past year has brought.
Your continued support means the world to me. Feel free to book in for a follow-up session by clicking here if you have any aches, pains, or lingering injuries and conditions that you need taken care of, or if you are looking for support, tools, or advice to stay active and healthy.
Lastly, the many experienced and passionate personal trainers that make Evolve their place of business have had their own share of struggles in navigating the closures and restrictions of the past year. Outdoor training is still permitted, and the trainers will be utilizing the outdoor space behind the gym to continue with personal training services beginning on Monday. Please support these trainers! If any of you are interested in outdoor personal training, please get in touch with me, and I will link you with trainers who fit your needs and goals or check out https://www.evolvestrength.ca/our-team-sunridge/
Thank you so, so much for your continued support. I appreciate you all! If you are alone or struggling, or quarantined and in need of anything, please reach out to me—I will do my best to help or link you with someone who can. Stay safe and resilient, and looking forward to seeing you soon!
Kind regards,
Mark
